Protecting your WOI Mortal account
The website account panel now has stronger account protection tools, and we strongly recommend that every player keeps their recovery information up to date. A real email address is important because email confirmation and recovery checks help prove account ownership if you ever lose access.
When you register, use an email account that you control and keep your security answer private. Do not reuse weak passwords from other games or websites. Staff will never ask for your password, authenticator code, full payment card details or private email login. If someone asks for those details, treat it as a scam attempt.
Recommended safety steps
- Use only the official website: woimortal.net.
- Confirm your email address after creating an account.
- Enable optional two-factor authentication from the Security tab.
- Keep your secret answer memorable, but not easy to guess.
- Do not share your account with people you do not fully trust.
Two-factor authentication adds another layer of protection during login. It also gives a small Daily Zen bonus because accounts with 2FA are safer for both the player and the server economy. If you change your phone or authenticator app, update your recovery details before you lose access.
If you need help, contact staff through the official Discord. Include your account username and describe the issue clearly, but never send passwords or sensitive codes. Good account security keeps your characters, credits, rewards and progression safer.
