When you register, we store account information such as username, email address, encrypted password, registration IP, security question data and selected profile details. This data is used to operate your account and provide recovery features.

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal and NOWPayments. WOI Mortal does not store full card details or wallet private keys. We may store payment references, order IDs, amounts, currency, account name and status so credits can be granted and support can verify transactions.

The website may use Google AdSense and related services on public content pages. Google and third-party advertising partners may place and read cookies, use web beacons, process IP addresses and use browser or device identifiers to serve, measure and protect ads, subject to your consent choices where required.

We may keep login history, IP addresses, failed attempts, payment logs and GM/admin action logs to protect the server, prevent abuse and resolve account issues.

If you need help with your account data, contact staff through Discord. Some records may need to be retained for security, anti-fraud, donation/payment verification or server integrity.
