Terms of Service

WOI Mortal is an independent community server project. It is not the official website of War of the Immortals and is not affiliated with Perfect World or any official publisher.

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Do not share your password. Staff will never ask for your password.

Cheating, exploiting, botting, abusing bugs, payment fraud, harassment or actions harmful to the community may result in restrictions, account suspension or permanent ban.

Staff may moderate accounts, characters, payments, rankings, chat and community spaces when needed to protect server stability and fair play.

Rules, features, rewards, rates, donation packages and services may change over time as the server evolves.

Players are expected to communicate respectfully in game, on Discord and through support channels. Threats, impersonation, scam attempts, hate speech and repeated harassment can lead to moderation action.

The website and game services may keep account, login, payment, security and gameplay logs for support, fraud prevention, abuse review and server stability. These records help staff resolve disputes fairly.

Leaderboard positions, event rewards, website rewards and character services may be corrected when staff confirms abuse, duplicate claims, payment reversal, exploit use or data inconsistency.

WOI Mortal may be unavailable during maintenance, patching, security checks, hosting incidents or emergency fixes. Staff will try to announce planned downtime, but urgent stability work may happen without advance notice.

Credits, Zen, items, mail rewards, character services and marketplace actions may be reviewed if they appear duplicated, generated by an exploit, linked to payment abuse or harmful to the server economy.
