This page explains how payments, donations, credits and refund requests are handled on WOI Mortal.
Support contributions
Payments made through the website support the server and may grant website-bound credits or digital services as a thank-you reward.
Digital delivery
Credits are normally delivered automatically after PayPal or Stripe confirms the payment. If delivery fails, contact staff with your payment/order ID so it can be reviewed.
Refund requests
Because credits and digital services can be delivered immediately, refunds are not guaranteed. Staff may review genuine duplicate payments, failed delivery, incorrect package issues or other exceptional cases.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes or refund abuse may result in account restrictions while the issue is reviewed.
Support information
When contacting staff about a payment, provide your account username, payment provider, order/session ID, amount and approximate payment time. Never share card details or passwords.
