Send Zen is now available
Players can now send Zen from their own account to another player directly from the website account panel.
How it works
- Log in on the website and open Account Panel > Send Zen.
- Enter the recipient's character name, the Zen amount and a required transfer reason.
- Confirm the transfer with your account password.
Important rules
- Your account must be offline in-game before sending Zen.
- Incoming queued Zen must be delivered before you can send Zen to another player.
- Transfers are logged with reason, time and IP for security and support review.
- Delivery may take up to 30 minutes.
This feature is useful for trades, refunds, guild support, rewards and player-to-player payments.
