Use a real email

Email is required for confirmation, recovery and sensitive account changes. If you use a fake email, staff may not be able to help you recover access later.

Keep recovery details confidential

Your secret answer is part of account recovery. Do not use an answer that friends, guild members or public social profiles can guess.

Enable optional 2FA

The website account panel supports optional two-factor authentication. Players who enable it gain stronger protection and may receive the Daily Zen 2FA bonus.

Password habits

Use a password made for this server

Choose a secret answer that is memorable but not public information.

Save your 2FA backup details before changing phones or reinstalling authenticator apps.
