Daily Zen Guide
WOI Mortal uses a website Daily Zen claim instead of the old automatic hourly reward. This makes rewards clearer for players and easier for staff to review fairly.
Main account claim
Login to the website account panel and use the Daily Zen button. The reward is sent through the server cash queue and is intended for active, legitimate players.
If your claim is not available yet, wait for the timer shown in the account panel.
Main and alt accounts
If you link an alt account to your main account, the main account can claim for both. Once the main account claims for the linked alt, the alt cannot claim again separately for the same day.
This keeps the reward system simple while still allowing normal players to manage their own legitimate alt account.
Review cases
Some claims can be marked for GM review instead of being punished automatically. Review does not always mean abuse. It means the pattern deserves a staff look.
Examples include shared device history, unusual account linking patterns or several accounts that look connected but are not confirmed as main and alt.
Same household players
Brothers, couples or friends can play from the same home. If this applies to you, contact staff on Discord so the account pattern can be understood instead of treated like suspicious farming.
The goal is fair rewards, not punishing real players who share an internet connection.
Claim flow
How the reward is delivered
Daily Zen is claimed from the website account panel. After a successful claim, the reward is queued for the game server cash system. In normal conditions it should appear without needing a manual staff action.
The account panel also shows the next available claim time, so players do not have to guess when the reward resets.
Fair use
What can trigger review
The system is designed to help real players while making mass reward abuse visible to staff. A review flag is not an automatic ban. It means the claim pattern should be checked by a GM.
