Event Guide

Events keep the server active outside normal grinding. This guide explains how WOI Mortal announces events, how players should prepare and how rewards are handled.

Server timeUse the top website bar as the reference for event timing.
AnnouncementsEvents are announced through News, Discord or in-game notices.
RewardsRewards depend on the event type and can be account, character or group based.
Fair entriesFollow staff instructions so rewards can be distributed cleanly.
01

Read the event notice

Every event should be read before joining. Check the time, location, eligible characters, reward type and whether the event is solo, party or legion based.

02

Prepare your character

Repair gear, clear inventory space, check potions and make sure your client is patched. Joining late because of a launcher update can cost you the event window.

03

Follow staff instructions

Some events require standing in a specific area, whispering a staff member, registering through Discord or waiting for a countdown. Ignoring the format can make reward tracking harder.

04

Report problems calmly

If you disconnect, miss a reward or see abuse, report it with screenshots and exact time details. Staff can review clear evidence much faster than vague complaints.

PvP events

PvP events reward preparation, class knowledge and discipline. Bring the right consumables, know your role and respect the rules for teams, brackets or free-for-all formats.

Boss and drop events

Boss events can create competition and group activity. Agree on loot rules before the fight starts and avoid blocking other players with grief behavior unless the event is clearly marked as contested.

Hide and seek or quiz events

Community events may use clues, questions or staff locations. Read the channel carefully, follow the announced format and do not spam staff with unrelated messages during the event.

How to stay informed

Check the website News page and Discord before peak hours. The website uses server time in the top bar, so players from different regions can compare event time correctly.

Preparation

Arrive ready, not confused

Most event problems happen before the event even starts: players miss the time zone, arrive with a full inventory, forget consumables or join from an outdated client. Check the website server time, read the notice twice and prepare your character before the staff countdown begins.

If an event uses special rules, treat those rules as part of the challenge. Some events may limit teams, characters, items, locations or registration steps so rewards can be tracked fairly.

Compare your local time with the server time shown on the website.
Clear inventory space before reward-based events.
Patch the client before the event window starts.

After the event

Reward tracking and disputes

Rewards may be delivered immediately, queued through account systems or handled manually after staff checks the results. If something is missing, wait for the announced delivery window first, then report the issue with your account name, character name, event name and approximate server time.

Keep screenshots of final standings when an event is competitive.
Use the exact character name that participated.
Ask in Discord support instead of spamming several channels.
