Do I need a real email?
Yes. A real email is required for account confirmation, password recovery and sensitive security changes. If you use a fake email, support options are limited.
Which download should I use?
Use Direct Download first. It is a small online installer and is the recommended option for most players. Google Drive and Mega are offline ZIP mirrors for players who want the full package before installing.
How does Daily Zen work?
Daily Zen is claimed from the website account panel. The base reward is 200,000 Zen once per day. A confirmed linked alt can be claimed from the main account, and website 2FA can add a small bonus.
Can I play with an alt account?
Yes, but use the website linking system so the server can understand your main and alt relationship. Do not create hidden farming patterns that look like reward abuse.
Is 2FA required?
2FA is optional for normal website accounts, but it is strongly recommended. It protects your account and can improve Daily Zen rewards when active.
Where are credits handled?
Credits and payments are handled through the account panel. If a payment does not appear, contact staff with the payment method, date and transaction reference. Do not share full card details with anyone.
Why does antivirus warn me?
Private server launchers can trigger false positives because they patch files and connect to custom servers. Download only from woimortal.net, verify checksums and never run files from unofficial mirrors.
Where do I get support?
Use Discord for fast help. Include your account name, character name, screenshots and the exact time of the problem. Never post passwords, recovery answers or payment secrets.
